Therapy

Most of us deal with psychological hardships and distress at some point in the course of our lives. Common psychological hardships include stress, anxiety, worry, difficulty making a life choice, and unfavorable changes in mood. We usually all experience these difficulties to some extent some of the time. However, sometimes distress and suffering become overly intense and prolonged, and therefore too difficult to cope with and understand on our own.

If you experience psychological distress or are in need of guidance and advice I am here to support you. Remember there is no reason to deal with suffering on your own and there is no shame in seeking professional help. Moreover, many times difficult psychological experiences do not usually disappear by themselves if they remain untreated.

My therapy is aimed to support you cope and eventually feel better. I will listen and guide you with empathy and without judgment. I essentially assist you in gaining better insight and awareness into the causes of your distress. I also help you find efficient ways to cope and alleviate your distress. In therapy I use different approaches to best suit your personal needs.
